Email supportA few common questions.
How do I add a song?
Tap + in Kaioke and pick a song from Files, a video from Photos, or a song in your music library (songs you've downloaded and own: Apple Music subscription songs can't be used). Kaioke takes the singer out and finds the lyrics. It usually takes a few minutes, and you get a notification when it's ready.
Why didn't my song work?
Sometimes a song can't be separated, or its lyrics can't be found. If making it fails, you get your credit back.
Do I need headphones?
No, but they help. With headphones, Kaioke hears only you when it scores, and you can hear yourself with effects. Wireless headphones play your voice back a little late, so Kaioke doesn't play it back in them: on AirPods, turn on Transparency to hear yourself.
Who can see my songs?
Only you. The songs you add, their lyrics and your recordings are never shared with anyone. Your name, picture and scores show on leaderboards.
How do I add a friend?
Share your friend code from Profile, or send them your invite link. They enter your code in their Profile.
How do I delete my account?
In Kaioke, go to Profile and tap Delete account (under Sign out). Your account is deleted at once, with everything in it: your songs, scores, friends and duets. A plan bought through Apple isn't cancelled with it: cancel it in your Apple account settings. If you can't open the app, email support@kaioke.app from the address you signed in with, and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
